Selections of local alcoholic brands, cocktails, soft drinks, wine and beer (Including Singaraja Beer and Bintang Beer) by glass and other drinks are included in our special Gold All Inclusive drink list.
All beverages are served by glass.
Please order one beverage at a time.
Beverages are available from 11.00 hour until just after midnight.

Selected premium brands
Selection of international beverages are served from 21.00 hour until midnight only at Panorama Lounge and based on all inclusive beverage lists.
Beverage service is not available from 01.00 to 11.00 hours.
Beverages are also served around the pool and beach during the respective operation hours.

Mini Bar is included and filled daily.

Beverages included in the Gold All Inclusive package are served by glass.
Please note, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has instructed the respective staffs not to prepare any alcoholic beverages to guests who drink more than enough.
"Gold All Inclusive" policy does not permit to order drinks for anyone else except for "Gold All Inclusive" guests, if the guests order a drink for a non.
"Gold All Inclusive" guest, our staffs will automatically charge the cost to personal room account.

Ocean kayak
Both small and big ocean kayak are available at the Mirage non motorized water sport counter. The water sport attendants are ready to guide the guests for playing kayak.

Windsurfer
Available at Mirage water sport counter. The windsurfer at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is a "starboard start", perfect for beginner. The experienced water sport attendants are ready to guide the guests for enjoying windsurfing. Please wear the life jacket.

Catamaran sailing

The Catamaran is available at the Mirage water sport counter. The schedule of Catamaran is on the information board. Please be informed the use of this kind of water sport is only permitted with life jacket and an instructor will operate the catamaran. (valid for reservations via www.grandmirage.com with minimum 6 nights stay included for Gold All Inclusive package)
When using the water sport equipment, please be aware of the risk. Water sport activities are considered as the extreme ones.

Seawalker
For every 6 nights stay, each adult will receive USD 55 credit voucher at check in time.
Available from the Seawalker desk during the respective operation hours only and is depend on the ocean condition and 24-hour advance reservation. Allocate about 60 to 70 minutes for this activities.

Choice of Banana boat or Jet ski
For every 6 nights stay, each adult will receive one voucher at check in time.

Banana boat
Banana boat is available at Mirage water sport counter during the respective working hours and only if ocean tide permits. Please show the voucher to the water sport attendants at the Batara Water sport counter near the poolside. When joining the Banana Boat thrill ride, the use of life jacket is compulsory. Children under 7 years old are not permitted to join. Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali would like to advise not to wear glasses or contact lens during the banana boat riding. The activity may require swimming in the middle of the ocean.

Jet ski
Jet ski is available at Mirage water sport during the respective working hours and only if ocean tides are ideal for the use of Jet Ski. 24-hour advance reservation is needed for this water sport. Please show the voucher to the water sport attendants at Batara Water Sport counter near the pool. Please be informed the use of Jet Ski is only permitted with life jacket and the instructor will seat behind the guest on the jet ski. The use of the jet ski is limited to 15 minutes per voucher only. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted to use the jet ski. The use of the jet ski is at guest's own risk. Management takes no responsibilities for any accident.

Sport & recreation activities
For details about the daily ongoing sport and recreation activities, please see sport & recreation activities. Timing, venue and sport and recreation activities can change with advance notice. This depends on weather condition and number of participant.

Laundry service
2 pieces of laundry per day per person (does not apply to dry cleaning). Benefit is accumulative, for example stay 3 nights and receive 6 pieces of laundry per person.

Games room, Mahjong room and Karaoke Room
Open daily from 08.00 hour until 23.00 hours. These rooms are located on the first floor, beside the lobby waterfall. Business center is available for 60 min/day/person.

Internet use at the Cool's Lounge (Games Room)
Daily 30 minutes included for "Gold All Inclusive", using the hotel computers, available from 08.00 hour until midnight near the games room. Complimentary Wi-Fi access in room and all resort area.

Gym room
Open daily from 06.00 until 23.00 hours. Children under 15 years are not permitted at the gym room. Located next to Thalasso Spa.

Live music
3 times a week live music is available at Grand Cafe at 19.00 hour based on schedule.
4 times a week live music is available at Rama Live Entertainment at 19.00 hour based on schedule.

Dinner with Show
Dinner performance show at Rama Live starting at 19.00 hour based on schedule, Grand Mirage Resorts features a wide range of entertainment from Balinese Dance, Fire Dance to Cabaret Show, Latin Dance.

Wrist band
The wrist band is to indicate the Gold All Inclusive guests. This I.D. wristband should be worn during the stay in Grand Mirage. Please do not try to open the I.D. wrist band. The wrist band will be cut at the check-out time or bill settlement.

Left over food or beverages
The management of Grand Mirage keeps the right to charge our guest for any leftover food and beverages. This symbolic and minimal charge will be donated by the management of Grand Mirage to the orphanage house in Denpasar Bali.

Candle Light Dinner
Stay 9 Nights & more All Inclusive and receive complimentary one time Candle Light Dinner (Only valid for reservation via www.grandmirage.com and is unable to combine with any kind of promotion). Celebrating birthday or honeymoon with Grand Mirage?
Guests who stay with minimum of 12 nights at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and celebrate their birthday, honeymoon or wedding anniversary will receive an enchanting Candle Light Dinner, including a special coconut cocktail.

Thalasso Spa
Each adult who stays with Grand Mirage with minimum of 12 nights will receive a credit voucher of US$ 100.00 to be exchanged for any Thalasso Bali Spa treatments (non refundable, no changeable).

Devdan Show
Stay 12 nights and receive a complimentary entrance to the "Devdan Show" at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre for adults. Children 12 years receive a 25% discount when joining the parents at the Theatre. Learn more about Devdan Show.

Different supplemental charges apply to different package types.

Gold All Inclusive guests are not permitted to share one same table with non- Gold All Inclusive. Gold All Inclusive guests who prefer to share one same table with non-Gold All Inclusive will be charged full
