Service Hours

• Availability: Beverages follow the specific opening hours of each outlet.
• Standard Service: Start from 11:00 at any open bar and continue until midnight at our late-night venues.
• Premium Hour: International selection is available only at Panorama Bar from 21:00 – Midnight.
• Night Break: Beverage service is unavailable between 01:00 until 11:00.

Helpful Tips for Your Stay

• Personal Enjoyment: Your beverage benefits are exclusive to you. If you’d like to treat a friend who is not on the package, the cost will simply be added to your personal room account.
• Service Style: To keep your drinks fresh and cold, we serve all beverages by the glass and please order one beverage at a time.
• Your Wellbeing: We want you to enjoy your holiday safely! In line with our responsible service policy, our team may pause the service of alcoholic drinks if a guest appears to have reached their limit.
• Mini Bar & Room Service: Your in-room mini bar is restocked daily for your convenience. Please note that beverages ordered via Room Service are not included in the package.
• Special Events: Keep an eye out for an invitation to our exclusive Cocktail Party.

Non-Motorized Water Sports

• Ocean Kayak: Small and large kayaks are available at the Mirage Water Sport counter. Our friendly attendants are on hand to assist you with the equipment and basic guidance.
• Windsurfing: Try our "Starboard Start" boards, designed specifically for beginners. Our experienced team will help you catch the wind. For your safety, life jackets are mandatory.
• Catamaran Sailing: Set sail on our Catamaran! Check the information board for the daily schedule. Please note that for safety reasons, the Catamaran is always piloted by a professional instructor, and life jackets must be worn.

Motorized Water Sports

• Seawalker:
  (Exclusively for guests booked via www.grandmirage.com with a minimum 6-night stay)
  
  • Adult guests receive a USD 55 credit voucher at check-in.
  • Advance Booking: Requires a 24-hour notice and is subject to ocean conditions.
  • Duration: Please allow approximately 60–70 minutes for this underwater experience.


• Your Choice: Banana Boat or Jet Ski
  (Exclusively for guests booked via www.grandmirage.com with a minimum 9-night stay)
  
  • Adult guests receive one voucher at check-in (valid for 1 session).


• Banana Boat:
  • Location: Present your voucher at the Batara Water Sport counter near the Rama Live Entertainment.
  • Requirements: Life jackets are strictly compulsory. This activity is for ages 7 and up.
  • Pro Tip: We recommend not wearing glasses or contact lenses, as you may find yourself swimming in the ocean


• Jet Ski:
  • Booking: 24-hour advance reservation is required.
  • Safety: To ensure your safety, a professional instructor will accompany you on the Jet Ski.
  • Details: Each session is 15 minutes. This activity is for ages 14 and up.
  • Important: Usage is at the guest's own risk; the management is not liable for any accidents.

• Safety First: Life jackets are required for all water activities.
• Nature’s Schedule: All water sports are highly dependent on tide and weather conditions.
• Vouchers: Please keep your vouchers safe, as they must be presented at the Batara counter to enjoy your sessions

Stay Active and Fun

• Daily activities for adults and kids are included in your stay!
  (Activities are subject to change based on weather and participation)
• Gym Access: Open daily from 06:00 – 23:00. Located next to Thalasso Spa.
  (Note: For safety, the gym is reserved for guests aged 15 and above)
• Games Room, Mahjong & Karaoke: Open daily 08:00 – 23:00. Located on the 1st floor, by the lobby waterfall.

• Wristband: Your all-access pass to every All-Inclusive benefit and your room key in one. Please wear it throughout your stay; our team will assist in removing it at check-out or bill settlement.
• High-Speed Wifi: Enjoy complimentary internet access throughout the resort. Simply connect and stay online anywhere, anytime.

  Please provide your flight details—including flight number and arrival time—at least 2 days prior to arrival by emailing mail@grandmirage.com to qualify for the free airport transfer.
  Failure to provide accurate flight details will result in automatic cancellation of the transfer service without compensation.
  Upon arrival, please proceed to the arrival hall gate. Our dedicated driver will be waiting for you in front of the Information Counter, holding a Grand Mirage paging board.

• Complimentary Devdan Show ticket for all adults and children, valued at IDR 500,000 per person (not combinable with any other offer).

Stay Connected to the Details

• Adults: Guests aged 12 and above.
• Room Capacity: Maximum of 2 children (under 12 years) per room with parents.
• Infants (0–3 years): Complimentary for up to 2 infants on the All-Inclusive package, including one baby cot.
• Children (4–11 years): A nominal charge of USD 55 per night applies for All-Inclusive stays.

Stay Aware

• Dining Etiquette: To ensure the exclusivity of the program, All-Inclusive guests are kindly requested not to share tables with guests on different meal plans. Should you choose to dine together, the standard full rate will apply.
